Lisboa is capital city of Portugal. Opened both on Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, from its thousand years history, the city encloses a lot of great monuments as the Se Cathedral, the Saint George's Castle or the Saint Vincent's Church and Cloister.
The beaches are closed the the centre departing from the Caís do Sodré's station (Carcavelos beach). Bull races are organised, the Tourada, but are very different from the spanish corridas. |

The Residência Mar dos Açores is located in the centre of Lisbon, at 5km from the airport. The hotel offers a quick access to all means of public transport: buses, taxis, subway (3 minutes). There is a car parking near by. The guests will find a clean, comfortable and youthful atmosphere. Maps and tourist information , rent a car; are available at the reception, where you will find our staff eager to offer advice and assistance. Our rooms consist of single, double, twin and triple rooms with a private bathroom, air-conditioning, and cable TV. We also have appartments totally equiped and independent from the hotel, with living-room, 2 bed rooms ,kitchen and bathroom ; with or without breakfast. The hotel and the appartment has no lift!
