Poland is a Central Europe country and borders Germany, Belarus, Lituania, Czech Republic and Russian Kaliningrad Oblast enclave. Poland is a big natural land with 22 National Parks; 3 are registered to the biosphere worldwide reserves of UNESCO. Polish folklore remains preserved and practiced and more than 5 dances (valses, mazurka) exist, under the influence of the famous great composer Chopin. The land is mostly flat plain with mountains along southern border.
